Sun Capital Partners Affiliate Acquires Cotton Holdings, Inc.

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Cotton Holdings, Inc., a Houston-based provider of infrastructure support services including disaster restoration, roofing, logistics, temporary housing and culinary services. Terms were not disclosed; Sun Capital said it will partner with founder Pete Bell to pursue organic growth and strategic acquisitions to expand Cotton's market share.
