Cotton Creek Capital Acquires Bobcat Heavy Civil to Form Bobcat Power Holdings

Cotton Creek Capital has formed Bobcat Power Holdings, LLC and acquired regional substation contractor Bobcat Heavy Civil, LLC to create a platform for substation infrastructure services. Bobcat, headquartered in Waco, Texas, will continue providing turnkey substation site work and above-ground electrical construction across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana as Cotton Creek scales the business.

The investment will support Landpoint's management team to accelerate organic growth and pursue strategic add-on acquisitions; Landpoint operates nine offices across the South Central United States with approximately 250 employees and provides land surveying, aerial data collection, 3D laser scanning and GIS services to energy, utility and industrial clients.
