Bobcat Power Holdings, a Cotton Creek Capital-backed provider of substation development and maintenance services, has acquired Chancellor Construction, a Hattiesburg, Mississippi-based substation repair and maintenance contractor. The acquisition expands Bobcat's coverage, complementary service capabilities and capacity across the U.S. Southeast; Chancellor will remain led by its existing management team.

Sun Capital Partners Affiliate Acquires Cotton Holdings, Inc.

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Cotton Holdings, Inc., a Houston-based provider of infrastructure support services including disaster restoration, roofing, logistics, temporary housing and culinary services. Terms were not disclosed; Sun Capital said it will partner with founder Pete Bell to pursue organic growth and strategic acquisitions to expand Cotton's market share.

Sullivan Brothers Family of Companies (SBFC) has acquired Cotton Holdings, a Houston-based infrastructure support and disaster recovery services platform, from Sun Capital Partners. The deal transfers ownership to the family-founded operator, which says it will invest in expanding Cotton's service capabilities, geographic reach and long-term growth across the U.S. and internationally.

Cotton Creek Capital Acquires Landpoint

Austin-based private equity firm Cotton Creek Capital has acquired Bossier City, Louisiana-based Landpoint, LLC (including its subsidiaries King Surveyors and West Company of Midland). The investment will support Landpoint's management team to accelerate organic growth and pursue strategic add-on acquisitions; Landpoint operates nine offices across the South Central United States with approximately 250 employees and provides land surveying, aerial data collection, 3D laser scanning and GIS services to energy, utility and industrial clients.
