Macquarie Asset Management has acquired a majority stake in DynaGrid Holdings, LLC, a Dallas‑headquartered provider of transmission and substation construction, maintenance and upgrade services for U.S. electric utilities. The deal is the first investment for Macquarie Asset Management's new buyout strategy focused on high-quality businesses serving infrastructure end markets and will be led by Andrew Olinick.

BHI Energy Acquires Coastal Electrical Construction
