BHI Energy Acquires Coastal Electrical Construction

BHI Energy has acquired Coastal Electrical Construction, a Flomaton, Alabama–based provider of substation, transmission and distribution construction and maintenance services to major utilities in the Southeastern United States. The deal is the third add-on for BHI in the T&D space since its acquisition by AE Industrial Partners and is intended to expand BHI's geographic footprint and service capabilities in the Southeast; terms were not disclosed.
