Westinghouse Electric Company Acquires BHI Energy from AE Industrial Partners

Westinghouse Electric Company has completed its acquisition of BHI Energy from private equity firm AE Industrial Partners. The transaction brings together Westinghouse's nuclear technology platform and BHI's specialty outage, maintenance and transmission services to create an integrated outage services business and expand Westinghouse's capabilities across nuclear, power delivery and renewable markets; terms were not disclosed.

BHI Energy Acquires Coastal Electrical Construction

BHI Energy has acquired Coastal Electrical Construction, a Flomaton, Alabama–based provider of substation, transmission and distribution construction and maintenance services to major utilities in the Southeastern United States. The deal is the third add-on for BHI in the T&D space since its acquisition by AE Industrial Partners and is intended to expand BHI's geographic footprint and service capabilities in the Southeast; terms were not disclosed.

Integrated Power Services Acquires B&B Transformer

The deal expands IPS's power management portfolio and service capabilities for industrial, commercial, utility, and renewable energy customers.

East Coast Power Acquires United Powerline Solutions

United Grid Solutions (Pike) Acquires United Engineers & Constructors' Power Delivery Business Unit from CriticalPoint

The Power Generation Group remains with United; Pike will operate the Power Delivery Group to expand its transmission, substation and distribution capabilities across the U.S.
