SiteWise Acquires Utility Sales & Service Inc.

SiteWise LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peak Utility Services Group (a platform backed by ORIX Capital Partners), acquired Utility Sales & Service Inc. (USSI), a Longmont, Colorado-based provider of electric and water metering services. The add-on expands SiteWise's service offerings and strengthens Peak's utility services platform by adding USSI's metering capabilities and customer relationships with investor-owned and cooperative utilities.

United Utility Services Acquires BHI Power Delivery from Westinghouse

United Utility Services, a Bernhard Capital Partners-backed utility services platform, has acquired BHI Power Delivery from Westinghouse Electric Company. The acquisition adds BHI’s transmission, substation and distribution capabilities and more than 1,200 employees and 170+ crews, expanding United Utility’s geographic footprint and creating one of the largest independent U.S. transmission & distribution services providers.

Pelican Energy Partners Acquires United Services Group

Houston-based private equity firm Pelican Energy Partners has acquired United Services Group, a Charlotte-based full-service welding, machining, and fabrication contractor serving utilities and power generators. The deal expands Pelican's portfolio in the energy services sector and will support USG's continued growth across nuclear, fossil, natural gas, solar, and petrochemical markets.

LP First Capital Acquires REI Utility Services

SEI Group Acquires Energy Conservation Insulation Company (ECI)
