Lehman & Company has combined Inland Pipe Rehabilitation, Inliner Solutions, and Murphy Pipeline Contractors into a single portfolio company rebranded as PURIS, a provider of trenchless water infrastructure rehabilitation. The deal creates a North American platform offering CIPP, pipe bursting, CompressionFit HDPE lining and in-house inspection and liner manufacturing to serve municipal sanitary, storm and potable water markets.
