Macquarie Asset Management Acquires Stakes in Bristol and Birmingham Airports

Macquarie Asset Management (through Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 7), with co-investor LGPS Central Limited (on behalf of West Midlands and Cheshire Pension Funds), has reached financial close to acquire a 55% stake in Bristol Airport and a 26.5% stake in Birmingham Airport. The stakes were purchased from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as part of Macquarie's broader UK airports portfolio expansion.

Beauparc is a leading waste-to-resource and recycling business operating across Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands, with more than 2,300 employees and a portfolio of about 40 waste facilities; Macquarie intends to invest to grow its circular-economy capabilities.

Procuritas Acquires Majority Stake in Parkman

Procuritas has acquired a majority stake in Parkman i Sverige AB, a Swedish tech-enabled parking operator headquartered in Täby. Crescent Capital Group’s European Specialty Lending strategy provided unitranche financing to support the transaction; Parkman reported SEK 610 million in revenue for 2024 and employs approximately 85 full-time and 50 part-time staff.

Macquarie Asset Management to Acquire Beacon Hospital
