Causeway Technologies, backed by Five Arrows, has agreed to acquire one.network, a leading digital road management SaaS platform, from Bridgepoint. The acquisition is an add-on to Causeway's infrastructure software suite and is intended to expand its roadwork planning, coordination and public engagement capabilities across the UK and US.
