Irth Solutions LLC, a Blackstone portfolio company, has completed the acquisition of OneSoft Solutions Inc. through its subsidiary irth Acquisition Corp., purchasing all outstanding shares for CAD $0.88 per share (approx. CDN $113.4 million total equity value). OneSoft — developer of the OneBridge Cognitive Integrity Management SaaS platform for energy infrastructure operators — will be delisted from the TSXV and integrated into Irth's asset integrity and infrastructure software offerings.

Blackstone Energy Partners Acquires Irth Solutions

Blackstone Energy Partners (part of Blackstone) has agreed to acquire Irth Solutions, a Columbus-based provider of cloud-based SaaS for damage prevention, asset protection and risk analytics serving energy, utilities and telecom customers. The deal furthers Blackstone Energy Partners' strategy to invest in companies that support critical infrastructure and the energy transition; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of December.

The acquisition extends Irth’s asset and risk-management platform into land and ROW management across renewables, pipelines/oil & gas, transportation and telecom markets as an add-on to its existing SaaS offerings.

IntegriChain Acquires BridgeView Data Solutions

IntegriChain has acquired the commercial data warehouse and data aggregation assets (DataBridge) of BridgeView Life Sciences LLC, integrating BridgeView's AI-assisted data exploration and field intelligence into IntegriChain’s ICyte platform. The deal expands IntegriChain's commercial data capabilities for pharmaceutical manufacturers and is the company's sixth acquisition and first since partnering with private equity backer Nordic Capital.
