Irth Solutions Acquires OneBridge Solutions Inc.

Irth Solutions, a Blackstone portfolio company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, has completed the acquisition of OneBridge Solutions Inc., an Edmonton-based developer of the Cognitive Integrity Management (CIM) AI-driven platform for pipeline integrity. The deal combines OneBridge's predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities with Irth's geospatial and business-intelligence platform to deliver an integrated SaaS solution for pipeline, utility, and critical infrastructure operators.

Blackstone Energy Partners (part of Blackstone) has agreed to acquire Irth Solutions, a Columbus-based provider of cloud-based SaaS for damage prevention, asset protection and risk analytics serving energy, utilities and telecom customers. The deal furthers Blackstone Energy Partners' strategy to invest in companies that support critical infrastructure and the energy transition; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is expected to close by the end of December.

The acquisition extends Irth’s asset and risk-management platform into land and ROW management across renewables, pipelines/oil & gas, transportation and telecom markets as an add-on to its existing SaaS offerings.
