The deal—financed by Deerpath Capital and advised by FOCUS Investment Banking for ITS—will support ITS's geographic expansion, capability enhancements, and future add-on acquisitions while retaining the founding management team.

The deal expands Entech's Florida footprint (including Orlando) and enables founders Gary and Mary Hebert to step away while integrating ITS's team into the combined organization of roughly 90 employees serving 300+ businesses.
