The deal—financed by Deerpath Capital and advised by FOCUS Investment Banking for ITS—will support ITS's geographic expansion, capability enhancements, and future add-on acquisitions while retaining the founding management team.

Entech, a Fort Myers-based managed technology and cybersecurity provider, has completed the acquisition of IT Solutions (ITS) Group of Bradenton. The deal expands Entech's Florida footprint (including Orlando) and enables founders Gary and Mary Hebert to step away while integrating ITS's team into the combined organization of roughly 90 employees serving 300+ businesses.
