RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc. has acquired Highway Supply, LLC, a traffic control products and pavement marking services provider based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The acquisition — RoadSafe’s ninth since entering a strategic partnership with private equity firms Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021 — expands RoadSafe’s geographic footprint and service capabilities in the New Mexico market.

RoadSafe, headquartered in Chicago, IL, is the U.S.'s largest provider of traffic control and pavement marking services with more than 50 locations and over 1,600 employees; management, led by CEO Dave Meirick, will remain in place and the new owners plan to pursue geographic expansion and strategic add-on acquisitions.
