Investcorp and Trilantic North America Acquire RoadSafe Traffic Systems from ORIX Capital Partners

Investcorp and Trilantic North America agreed to acquire RoadSafe Traffic Systems from ORIX Capital Partners; terms were not disclosed. RoadSafe, headquartered in Chicago, IL, is the U.S.'s largest provider of traffic control and pavement marking services with more than 50 locations and over 1,600 employees; management, led by CEO Dave Meirick, will remain in place and the new owners plan to pursue geographic expansion and strategic add-on acquisitions.

The deal expands RoadSafe's traffic control distribution presence in the greater Texas market and represents the company's 11th acquisition since partnering with Investcorp and Trilantic North America in 2021.
