SunGrid Holdings, an affiliate of Hull Street Energy, has acquired RA Electric, Inc., a southern California electrical services contractor. The acquisition strengthens SunGrid's California-based battery energy storage system (BESS) construction capabilities by adding RA Electric's medium- and low-voltage electrical construction expertise to support projects from 1 MW to 1 GW.

Hull Street Energy Acquires Foundation Solar Partners

Hull Street Energy Acquires Four Long Island Power Plants from J-Power USA

Hull Street Energy (HSE) has acquired 100% of four New York thermal power plant companies — Edgewood Energy, LLC; Shoreham Energy, LLC; Pinelawn Power LLC; and Equus Power I, L.P. — from J-Power USA Generation, L.P. The portfolio (approximately 300 MW) will operate as part of HSE’s Milepost Power fleet to provide capacity and grid reliability to the Long Island market.
