Cotton Holdings, Inc. has acquired Advance Catastrophe Technologies, LLC (ACT) and Target Solutions, LLC to broaden its commercial restoration, disaster response and roofing capabilities. Both companies will operate as wholly-owned subsidiaries, with their existing leadership (Christian Wiley at ACT and Adam Meyer at Target) retaining ownership interests; financial terms were not disclosed.
