Sentinel will retain a minority stake post-closing; financial terms were not disclosed. Apex operates over 1,100 professionals across ~50 offices and provides services in stormwater compliance, water resources, ESG, health & safety, transportation, and civil engineering.

Unified Service Partners Acquires Pro Restoration

Unified Service Partners (USP), a multi-regional roofing platform backed by Astara Capital Partners, has invested in Pro Restoration, a re-roofing contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Illinois and Wisconsin. Pro Restoration will continue to operate under its existing brand and remain led by co-founders Troy Zitzke and Brandon McNames. The transaction expands USP's geographic footprint into the Upper Midwest as an add-on to its platform.
