Salesforce Acquires ClickSoftware from Francisco Partners for $1.4B EV

Salesforce has agreed to acquire ClickSoftware from Francisco Partners for an enterprise value of $1.4 billion, adding Click's AI-driven field service management and scheduling capabilities to Salesforce's Service Cloud. Francisco Partners, which took Click private in 2015, was advised by Goldman Sachs and Paul Hastings during the transaction.
