OpenClinica Acquires BuildClinical

OpenClinica, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired BuildClinical to integrate patient recruitment capabilities into its eClinical software suite. The deal (terms undisclosed) creates an end-to-end offering for recruitment, consent, enrollment and data capture across academic medical centers, CROs, pharma and biotech customers.
