The acquisition brings Clara Health’s patient recruitment and retention technology (the Clara Platform) into M&B’s NeighborhoodTrials.com ecosystem to expand decentralized and hybrid trial capabilities and improve access and diversity in clinical trials; financial terms were not disclosed.
