MTBC Acquires Meridian Medical Management

MTBC, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTBC) completed the acquisition of Meridian Medical Management (Meridian Billing Management and affiliate Origin Healthcare Solutions) via a stock purchase agreement on June 16, 2020. Meridian — a former GE Healthcare IT business that provides RCM, EHR, RPA (Microbots) and cloud-based BI solutions to large physician groups and health systems and employing more than 200 people — will expand MTBC's technology, customer base and revenue expectations.

WellSky to Acquire TapCloud
