Healdsburg-based Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services, a portfolio company of SBJ Capital, acquired Weibel Family Winery in Lodi, California. The acquisition adds a 1 million-case-a-year facility and expands Rack & Riddle's sparkling-wine capacity, making it the largest custom producer of premium sparkling wine in the U.S.
