IDIS Co., Ltd. Acquires Costar Technologies, Inc.

IDIS Co., Ltd. completed its acquisition of all outstanding common stock of Costar Technologies, Inc., making Costar a wholly-owned subsidiary and prompting the delisting of Costar's OTC shares. Costar stockholders received approximately $4.90 per share in cash; IDIS said the deal expands its global presence and diversifies its product portfolio in video surveillance and industrial vision.
