The acquisition expands Comstar's Midwest footprint and broadens Technology Solutions' solutions portfolio; Technology Solutions will continue operating under its name for the remainder of 2021 while the combined teams integrate and Comstar opens a local location in early 2022.

The seller was Wincove Private Holdings, which had recapitalized Comstar in 2017 and supported several acquisitions as the company shifted toward recurring cloud-based services.
