    Juniper Networks entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Netrounds, a programmable, software-based active test and service-assurance platform, to enhance Juniper’s automated WAN and service assurance capabilities for service providers. The acquisition, announced Sept. 28, 2020, is expected to close in Q4 2020 and aims to simplify operations and ensure higher quality of experience for end users across 5G, SD-WAN and hybrid-cloud environments.
