AerioConnect Acquires Metro Fiber

AerioConnect, backed by private equity firm M/C Partners, has acquired Metro Fiber LLC, a Los Angeles–based internet service provider serving multi-family residential (HOA) communities. The acquisition, which closed after M/C Partners' September 30, 2020 investment in Aerio, expands Aerio's customer base and depth in the greater Los Angeles broadband market.
