Wireless Logic Acquires Arkessa from ECI Partners

Wireless Logic, backed by Montagu, has acquired UK-based IoT connectivity provider Arkessa from private equity firm ECI Partners. The deal (completed Dec. 9) brings Arkessa’s ~50-strong team, eUICC capabilities and more than one million subscriptions into the Wireless Logic group to expand routes-to-market and technical capability in IoT/M2M connectivity.
