Wireless Logic Acquires Arqia

Wireless Logic, a UK-based global IoT connectivity provider, has acquired Arqia, Brazil's largest independent authorised MVNO and former unit of the Datora Group. The deal extends Wireless Logic's reach across Brazil and Latin America, adding Arqia's commercial MVNO capabilities, more than three million managed connections and a team of over 200 employees to support enterprise IoT deployments in the region.
