Wireless Logic Acquires Things Mobile

Wireless Logic, a Montagu-backed global IoT connectivity platform, has acquired Milan-based IoT connectivity provider Things Mobile. The deal, completed on 9 July 2021, expands Wireless Logic's European footprint and capabilities across end markets including energy, eHealth and micro-mobility; the Things Mobile team will remain led by co-founder and CEO Manuel Zanella.

Wireless Logic Acquires Mobius Networks

Wireless Logic has acquired Mobius Networks, a Leicestershire‑based mobile virtual network operator specialising in secure IoT and M2M connectivity, from NVM Private Equity for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition strengthens Wireless Logic’s IoT connectivity capabilities and public‑sector positioning by adding Mobius’s security credentials and vertical expertise in critical infrastructure, healthcare and retail.

Wireless Logic Acquires New Line Mobile

Wireless Logic Acquires Datamobile AG

Wireless Logic, a Montagu-backed global IoT connectivity platform, acquired Datamobile AG on 19 November 2020 to strengthen its presence in the DACH region and broaden its European IoT capabilities. Datamobile AG — an IoT communications specialist serving sectors including food delivery and e-mobility — will remain led by CEO Gerald Wirtl and continue operating as part of the Wireless Logic group.

Wireless Logic has acquired Singapore-headquartered Blue Wireless, a managed service provider for global fixed wireless and LTE/5G connectivity. The deal expands Wireless Logic's presence across Asia Pacific and the United States and strengthens its fixed wireless access and managed connectivity offerings; Blue Wireless operates ~70 employees across six offices.
