The deal (completed Dec. 9) brings Arkessa’s ~50-strong team, eUICC capabilities and more than one million subscriptions into the Wireless Logic group to expand routes-to-market and technical capability in IoT/M2M connectivity.

Netsimco will become a wholly owned subsidiary, its leadership will remain in place and employees will be eligible for Saalex's employee-ownership plan; the deal increases Saalex's revenue run-rate to approximately $100 million.
