Wireless Logic Group has acquired SIMPoint, an Eindhoven-based IoT/M2M connectivity specialist founded in 2012, to strengthen its connectivity solutions and expand its European footprint. The deal, undisclosed in value, brings SIMPoint’s customizable SIM and IoT management capabilities and a customer base of over 4,000 into the Wireless Logic platform, which is backed by Montagu Private Equity.
