Wireless Logic has acquired New Line Mobile, an IoT/M2M managed services provider headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. The deal (completed on 4 December) expands Wireless Logic’s Benelux footprint and adds local connectivity and managed-services capability to support system integrators, application providers and enterprise customers.

Wireless Logic, a global IoT connectivity provider backed by Montagu, has acquired Webbing, a 2010-founded MVNO and eSIM specialist that provides global connectivity and eSIM management for enterprise mobility and IoT customers. The deal expands Wireless Logic’s eSIM and IoT provisioning capabilities and broadens its regional presence, particularly in the United States and Asia.

The deal—terms undisclosed—adds maritime, transport and in-vehicle high-data solutions to Wireless Logic's European connectivity platform and is an add-on to the Montagu-backed Wireless Logic Group.

The acquisition strengthens Wireless Logic’s IoT connectivity capabilities and public‑sector positioning by adding Mobius’s security credentials and vertical expertise in critical infrastructure, healthcare and retail.

Wireless Logic Acquires Datamobile AG

Wireless Logic, a Montagu-backed global IoT connectivity platform, acquired Datamobile AG on 19 November 2020 to strengthen its presence in the DACH region and broaden its European IoT capabilities. Datamobile AG — an IoT communications specialist serving sectors including food delivery and e-mobility — will remain led by CEO Gerald Wirtl and continue operating as part of the Wireless Logic group.
