Wireless Logic Welcomes General Atlantic as Minority Shareholder

General Atlantic (via its BeyondNetZero fund) has agreed to take a minority stake in Wireless Logic, with existing majority owner Montagu reinvesting alongside the new investor. The investment values Wireless Logic at £3.5 billion, is expected to close in Q3 2025, and will support global geographic expansion, platform enhancement and an active M&A strategy.
