Watch Communications Acquires Q Wireless

Watch Communications, a subsidiary of Benton Ridge Telephone, has acquired Q Wireless, a western Kentucky-based fixed wireless internet provider, expanding Watch’s footprint into western Kentucky and southeastern Indiana and adding roughly 2,000 residential subscribers. Phil Lambert, owner of Q Wireless, will join Watch Communications as Southern Region general manager; the deal also extends Watch’s Microsoft Airband partnership into Kentucky.

Central Wire Industries Acquires Loos & Co. Inc.

Central Wire Industries (CWI), a privately held specialty alloy wire and cable manufacturer, has acquired Loos & Co. Inc., a second-generation family-owned U.S. manufacturer of specialty small-diameter wire, wire rope, cable assemblies and hardware. Loos — with manufacturing operations in Pomfret, Connecticut and Naples, Florida — will join CWI to broaden and diversify CWI's product offerings and end markets. Transaction terms were not disclosed; Carter Morse & Mathias served as exclusive financial advisor to Loos.

Wallbox Acquires COIL Inc.

Wallbox (NYSE:WBX) has acquired COIL Inc., a U.S.-based end-to-end EV charging installation services provider, to integrate installation, maintenance, engineering and software-enabled quoting capabilities into its North American offerings. The acquisition strengthens Wallbox's ability to deliver turnkey residential, commercial and DC fast-charging projects and expands its service footprint across the United States.

World Cinema, Inc. Acquires Hospitality WiFi LLC

World Cinema, Inc. (WCI) has entered into an agreement to acquire Ohio-based Hospitality WiFi LLC, combining WCI's video and property-technology capabilities with Hospitality WiFi's managed wired and wireless networking services for the hospitality sector. The deal creates a converged services provider serving roughly 7,000 properties (about 900,000 rooms) and aims to expand capabilities across in-room entertainment, networking, digital signage, smart building and common-area video intelligence.

Bluewave Technology Group Acquires J.I.L. Communications

Bluewave Technology Group has acquired J.I.L. Communications, Inc., a Louisville-based telecommunications advisory and management firm; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition—Bluewave's fourth this year—adds JIL's network, hybrid cloud and contact-center advisory capabilities and more than 350 active customers (notably in healthcare and manufacturing), strengthening Bluewave's technical capability and presence in Kentucky.
