Wallbox (NYSE:WBX) has acquired COIL Inc., a U.S.-based end-to-end EV charging installation services provider, to integrate installation, maintenance, engineering and software-enabled quoting capabilities into its North American offerings. The acquisition strengthens Wallbox's ability to deliver turnkey residential, commercial and DC fast-charging projects and expands its service footprint across the United States.
