Ideanomics Acquires Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification (WAVE)

Ideanomics has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification, Inc. (WAVE) for cash and stock consideration. WAVE, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, is a provider of inductive wireless charging systems for medium- and heavy-duty commercial EVs with reported unaudited 2020 revenues of about $7M.
