Ideanomics Acquires VIA Motors

Ideanomics has completed the acquisition of VIA Motors, a U.S.-based all-electric commercial vehicle manufacturer. The deal brings VIA's VDRIVE skateboard and VTRUX commercial vehicle portfolio into Ideanomics' Mobility vertical and aims to integrate VIA's electric work trucks with Ideanomics Energy's charging and financing solutions to accelerate commercial EV fleet adoption.
