Infobip Group has acquired Anam Technologies, a specialist provider of SMS firewall, mobile network security and analytics for mobile network operators. The deal — paid in a mix of cash and Infobip shares for an undisclosed sum — strengthens Infobip's operator-facing product set and expands its secure A2P messaging and operator services capabilities globally.

Infobip Acquires Peerless Network

Infobip, the global cloud communications (CPaaS) platform headquartered in Croatia, has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based VoIP provider Peerless Network for around $200 million. The deal expands Infobip’s U.S. footprint and voice capabilities, combining Peerless’s nationwide voice network with Infobip’s global messaging and CPaaS offerings to create an end-to-end omnichannel communications solution.

UPSTACK Acquires Open Communications

The deal brings Open Communications founder Amanda Heinritz into UPSTACK as a Partner and equity stakeholder, and supports UPSTACK's strategy to scale its cloud and internet infrastructure sourcing platform (backed by a prior $50 million equity investment from Berkshire Partners).

E2open Acquires Amber Road

E2open, an Insight Partners portfolio company, completed an all-cash tender offer and merger to acquire Amber Road for $13.05 per share, taking the formerly public global trade management software provider private. The deal, which integrates Amber Road's GTM capabilities into E2open's cloud-based supply chain platform, was supported by a $950 million one-loan debt facility arranged by Golub Capital.
