Infobip Acquires OpenMarket from Amdocs for ~$300M

Infobip has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire OpenMarket from Amdocs for approximately $300 million. The deal combines OpenMarket's U.S. mobile messaging scale with Infobip's global footprint, creating a cloud communications player with a combined revenue run-rate above $1 billion and the ability to process more than 14 billion customer interactions per month.

Avania Acquires Anagram

VoiceSage Acquires 2sms to Expand U.S. Presence

Sabio Group Acquires Anana

The deal expands Sabio’s multi-vendor CX services, brings Anana’s Mission Control software into the Sabio platform, and supports the group’s buy-and-build growth strategy under Horizon Capital.

Infobip Acquires Peerless Network

Ribbon Communications Acquires Business and Technology Assets of Anova Data
