Dublin-based cloud communications provider VoiceSage has acquired Texas-based mobile messaging company 2sms to strengthen its presence in the U.S. market and expand its customer base. The deal brings 2sms's customers in financial services, education and retail into VoiceSage's platform and increases VoiceSage's global scale in conversational messaging and CPaaS offerings.
