Sangoma Technologies Acquires Star2Star Communications

Sangoma Technologies Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire StarBlue Inc. (dba Star2Star Communications) for approximately US$437 million in a transaction consisting of US$105 million cash and 110 million Sangoma common shares. The deal expands Sangoma's cloud communications and CaaS capabilities, adding roughly $107 million of recurring revenue and positioning the combined company as a top-tier cloud communications provider.
