The acquisition expands Comstar's Midwest footprint and broadens Technology Solutions' solutions portfolio; Technology Solutions will continue operating under its name for the remainder of 2021 while the combined teams integrate and Comstar opens a local location in early 2022.

The acquisition expands Comstar's footprint in Pennsylvania and Western New York and broadens Comtel's solution portfolio beyond voice while keeping Comtel operating under its current name.
