Gilat Satellite Networks Acquires Stellar Blu Solutions

Gilat Satellite Networks has acquired Stellar Blu Solutions, a U.S.-based provider of next-generation ESA-based SATCOM terminals for in-flight connectivity. Gilat paid $98 million at closing with up to $147 million of additional contingent cash payments tied to post-closing milestones; the deal strengthens Gilat's capabilities and market position in the commercial and business aviation IFC market.

(dba Star2Star Communications) for approximately US$437 million in a transaction consisting of US$105 million cash and 110 million Sangoma common shares. The deal expands Sangoma's cloud communications and CaaS capabilities, adding roughly $107 million of recurring revenue and positioning the combined company as a top-tier cloud communications provider.
