Stellar IT Solutions, a Rockville, Maryland-based IT services firm, has acquired StanSource, an information technology services provider headquartered in Dulles, Virginia. StanSource will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary as Stellar expands its talent footprint in the Washington, D.C. area and launches an in-house technology incubator to accelerate product innovation.
