Funds managed by SDC Capital Partners acquired a minority interest in Bandwidth Infrastructure Group, providing growth capital to support expansion of the company’s dark fiber network across Northern California and Greater Atlanta. Columbia Capital will remain the majority shareholder following the transaction. Bandwidth IG, founded in 2019 and headquartered in San Jose, California, supplies underground dark fiber connectivity to data centers, hyperscalers and enterprises.
