Onecom Acquires Nice Network from Sunderland to Expand North East Presence

Onecom, the LDC-backed UK business telecommunications provider, has acquired Sunderland-headquartered Nice Network in an undisclosed deal as an add‑on to its buy-and-build strategy. The acquisition strengthens Onecom’s presence in the North East of England and provides additional scale and cross-selling opportunities across mobile, hosted voice, connectivity and cybersecurity services.
