Onecom Acquires Olive Communications

Onecom, backed by LDC, has acquired rival Olive Communications to create the UK's largest B2B mobile, fixed-line and cloud communications specialist. The deal consolidates market share, brings combined annual turnover of more than £140m and follows follow-on funding from LDC while growth investor BGF exits its stake in Olive.

Onecom Acquires 9 Group Companies (9 Retail and 9 Partners)

The deal is Onecom's third acquisition of the year and is intended to extend Onecom's geographic presence and strengthen its capabilities in the health sector.

Onecom Acquires Gradwell Communications
