Onecom Acquires Gradwell Communications

Onecom Group, the LDC‑backed UK business communications and cloud specialist, has acquired Gradwell Communications, a cloud communications provider with offices in Bath and Leeds. The acquisition expands Onecom's hosted voice, SIP and unified communications capabilities, adds geographic reach and an established customer base as part of Onecom's ongoing roll-up strategy.

Onecom (LDC-backed) Acquires Daly Systems Ltd

The deal expands Onecom’s unified communications, connectivity and managed IT capabilities and adds a Leicester operations centre and Daly’s customer base; founder Peter Daly will retire following a handover period.

Onecom Acquires IP Office Ltd

Onecom Acquires Glamorgan Telecom Group

LDC and Ares-backed Credit Funds Provide £100m to Onecom

LDC, alongside credit funds managed by an affiliate of Ares Management, has provided a £100 million financing package to Onecom to support organic growth and acquisitive expansion. Onecom, headquartered in Fareham, Hampshire, serves nearly 100,000 business customers across fixed-line voice, connectivity and cloud services and employs around 400 people; the funding will be used to scale the team, upgrade systems and pursue acquisitions.
