LDC and Ares-backed Credit Funds Provide £100m to Onecom

Onecom, headquartered in Fareham, Hampshire, serves nearly 100,000 business customers across fixed-line voice, connectivity and cloud services and employs around 400 people; the funding will be used to scale the team, upgrade systems and pursue acquisitions.

Onecom Acquires IP Office Ltd

Onecom Acquires Nice Network from Sunderland to Expand North East Presence
