Onecom Acquires Olive Communications

Onecom, backed by LDC, has acquired rival Olive Communications to create the UK's largest B2B mobile, fixed-line and cloud communications specialist. The deal consolidates market share, brings combined annual turnover of more than £140m and follows follow-on funding from LDC while growth investor BGF exits its stake in Olive.

Onecom Acquires Glamorgan Telecom Group

The deal — Onecom's first acquisition since securing a £100m investment package — strengthens its presence in South Wales and the South West and creates cross-selling opportunities between Glamorgan's fixed-line telephony offerings and Onecom's mobile and cloud services.

The acquired businesses will retain their branding and management while becoming part of the Onecom Group to expand its fixed-line, cloud telephony and channel capabilities.

Onecom Acquires Matrix IT

The deal expands Onecom's regional presence and technical delivery capacity, adding experienced service delivery staff and strengthening its Managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity offerings.

Onecom Acquires Nice Network from Sunderland to Expand North East Presence

The acquisition strengthens Onecom’s presence in the North East of England and provides additional scale and cross-selling opportunities across mobile, hosted voice, connectivity and cybersecurity services.

Onecom (LDC-backed) Acquires Daly Systems Ltd

Onecom, the LDC-backed UK communications technology and cloud specialist, has acquired Leicester-based Daly Systems Ltd as part of its buy-and-build expansion strategy. The deal expands Onecom’s unified communications, connectivity and managed IT capabilities and adds a Leicester operations centre and Daly’s customer base; founder Peter Daly will retire following a handover period.
