NetNordic Group, majority owned by Norvestor, has acquired Bolero AB, a Swedish provider of cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, network and data centre services. The add-on deal expands NetNordic's competence and capacity in Sweden; Bolero (80 employees, SEK 270 million revenue last fiscal year) will have its management shareholders reinvesting and continue to operate within the NetNordic platform.

Eurowag Acquires Inelo Group from Innova Capital

Eurowag has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Poland-based Inelo Group from Innova Capital for more than EUR 300 million. The acquisition adds Inelo’s telematics devices (≈87,000 connected trucks) and driver time management software to Eurowag’s pan‑European payments and mobility platform, expanding its product capabilities and geographic footprint across the commercial road transportation market in CEE and other European markets.

Ekinops Acquires Olfeo

Ekinops has completed the acquisition of 100% of Olfeo's share capital through its holding company Oscar SAS, buying the cybersecurity software provider from its founding shareholders, financial investors and employee shareholders. The deal brings Olfeo's SSE/SASE web security capabilities (SaaS and on-premises) into Ekinops, adding ~60 employees, €6.3m ARR (2024) and over 500 customers to accelerate Ekinops' push to become a leading European network cybersecurity (SASE) player.

Nokia Acquires Elenion Technologies

Nokia announced it will acquire Elenion Technologies, a privately held U.S. silicon photonics company headquartered in New York, to integrate Elenion's silicon photonics platform and design services into Nokia's optical networking portfolio. The acquisition is intended to improve time-to-market and reduce cost per bit for 5G, cloud and enterprise networking solutions; the transaction was expected to close in Q1 2020, subject to regulatory approvals.

Palo Alto Networks Acquires Aporeto

Palo Alto Networks completed its acquisition of Aporeto Inc., a machine-identity based microsegmentation company, integrating Aporeto’s technology into its Prisma Cloud native security platform. The deal (reported at about $150 million) brings Aporeto’s co-founders and microsegmentation capabilities into Palo Alto’s cloud security offerings to expand cloud-native workload protection.

Altia Acquires Aquila Intelligence Solutions

Altia, a NorthEdge-backed provider of investigation and intelligence software, has acquired Aquila Intelligence Solutions Ltd, a developer of digital intelligence and investigation tools. The add-on deal expands Altia's digital evidence and investigations capabilities and follows Altia's third prior acquisition since NorthEdge's 2020 investment.
